As the weather starts to improve, events will be coming up that members will be a part of. Whether it is a mud run, a marathon or other type of outdoor activity, if you are taking part or would like to create a team, feel free to throw the event up on our board as well as post flyers in the gym for others to see. Part of the reason we do CrossFit is to be able to go enjoy other activities so please spread the word if you have something coming up that others may enjoy!

ANNOUNCEMENT: We have new neighbor at CR, this mean we will need to be conscious of the parking situation at the box. Please do not park past the handicap parking in front of our building. From the sounds of it they will tow your car if you are in one of the spots that don’t belong to us. SOLUTION Jim at Clay Refrigeration is allowing us to park in his lot. You will need to use the drive way behind Body Now. This is the parking lot directly across from our box, should be a great alternative. thank you Jim. Sorry for the inconvenience.
