1. What motivated you to join CrossFit Revival in the first place?

A friend of mine was already going to CrossFit Revival, and I wanted to get back into exercising. Honestly, I had no idea what to expect but after my first week, I was hooked! I realized that even though getting back into the gym would be challenging, with the right modifications and support, I could do it and keep improving every single day.

2. How has being part of CrossFit Revival impacted your daily life or routine?

Since joining CrossFit Revival, I’ve built so much more consistency into my routine. I started out going just 2–3 days a week, and now I make it a goal to go at least 3–4 days. I’ve also become much more mindful about my nutrition. Especially making sure I’m getting enough protein to help with recovery and soreness. Overall, CrossFit Revival has helped me create healthier habits, both physically and mentally.

3. Since joining CrossFit Revival, what accomplishment are you most proud of?

My proudest accomplishment isn’t tied to a number or a specific lift… it’s about not quitting. It’s about showing up, pushing myself to increase weights as I get stronger and movements get easier, and continuing to improve.

When I first started, I swore I would  never  jump because of my three knee surgeries. But here I am, jumping and lifting weights I never thought I’d be able to lift. The biggest lesson? You don’t have to be in shape to start, you just have to start and not quit!

4. What makes CrossFit Revival unique for you?

The coaching at CrossFit Revival is what really stands out to me. All the coaches do an
amazing job of teaching proper technique and keeping a close eye on form. They’re quick to
correct anything that might lead to injury, which means a lot to me because staying safe and
avoiding things like back injuries is a big priority.
