
1. What motivated you to join CrossFit Revival in the first place?
I started at CrossFit Revival because my dad and sister would always come home talking about how good they felt after their workouts. Seeing how much it positively affected them made me want to try it for myself. I knew I wanted something that would push me, but also be supportive and that’s exactly what I found.
2. How has being part of CrossFit Revival impacted your daily life or routine?
CrossFit Revival has made a huge impact on my life. I wake up each day ready to tackle the workout, get in early, and move my body first thing in the morning. Starting my day this way gives me more energy, a better mindset, and sets the tone for everything else. The people you work out with make it even better. It’s motivating to be surrounded by others pushing themselves too.
3. Since joining CrossFit Revival, what accomplishment are you most proud of?
My proudest accomplishment is just seeing my overall progress from staying consistent. Consistency really is the key. You just have to show up. Having coaches and members encouraging you along the way makes sticking with it so much easier.
4. What makes CrossFit Revival unique for you?
You never know what you’re walking into when you show up, which keeps things exciting. Having a coach there every single day to help you improve and push you is huge. But what truly sets Revival apart is the community. Everyone supports each other, celebrates progress, and makes it feel like more than just a gym. It feels like family.
