About CrossFit Revival

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

After growing up immersed in sports and developing a deep love for fitness, Justin Schardt founded Rack City Fitness in 2014 with a simple goal: to build a fulfilling career doing something he was passionate about. In 2018, while watching the CrossFit Games on ESPN, he discovered CrossFit—and everything changed.

Instantly drawn to its intensity, variety, and community, Justin embraced the CrossFit methodology and was blown away by how it transformed not only his own fitness, but the way he thought about training and human potential. He saw firsthand how pushing beyond comfort zones could unlock strength, resilience, and confidence in ways traditional workouts never had.

After a year of personal growth through CrossFit, Justin felt called to do more. He earned his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (L-1) certification and began coaching, driven by a mission to help others experience the same transformation. That passion eventually evolved into what is now CrossFit Revival—a space built on community, empowerment, and professional coaching where everyday people come to look better, move better, and feel better.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Justin Schardt brings a powerful mix of passion, professionalism, and purpose to every class he leads. After founding Rack City Fitness in 2014, Justin discovered CrossFit in 2018 and quickly realized it was more than just a workout—it was a lifestyle that demanded growth, built community, and inspired excellence.

Driven by a belief that everyone is capable of more than they think, Justin earned his CrossFit Level 1 certification and has since dedicated himself to helping others move well, train smart, and find confidence through consistency. He’s known for his hands-on coaching style, attention to detail, and ability to meet athletes exactly where they are—whether they’re stepping into the gym for the first time or chasing performance goals.

As the founder of CrossFit Revival, Justin leads with heart and hustle, creating a space where people come to look better, move better, and feel better—together.

Jaci’s CrossFit journey began in 2021 with no prior fitness background-she couldn’t bench an empty barbell or run 400m without stopping.

Determined to transform, she quickly realized that showing up to class wasn’t enough. The missing piece? Nutrition.

By learning how to properly fuel her body, Jaci unlocked her true potential-becoming a competitive athlete with over 20 competitions under her belt. Through her own transformation, she discovered a passion for helping others bridge the gap between training and nutrition.

Now, as a Nutrition Coach, Jaci is dedicated to guiding others toward their goals-whether it’s improving physique, performance, confidence, or overall quality of life. She’s here to help you find the version of yourself you never knew existed.

Brennan Schardt

Coach

Dubby has dedicated the past eight years to fitness, beginning his journey at the age of seven. By eleven, he discovered CrossFit and, with the support of his father, progressed to become a CrossFit Semifinalist in the 14-15 age division, achieving 45th place globally and 11th in the United States.

In addition to his CrossFit achievements, Dubby is also a high school student and a high-level wrestler, balancing both sports with an unwavering commitment to physical excellence. Though he has not yet obtained his CrossFit Level 1 certification, Dubby is determined to achieve this milestone, further demonstrating his passion for continuous improvement in his athletic pursuits.
Holly McQuade

Coach Holly started her fitness journey 15 years ago at her home. She has a strong background in running and has completed more than 20 half marathons as well as 1 full marathon. Holly joined the gym near her home in 2014 and that is where she met Coach Justin and exposed to CrossFit training.

When the opportunity presented itself to try CrossFit, she jumped at the chance to give it a go and was immediately hooked. After seeing how CrossFit changed her life, she wanted to help bring those positive changes to the lives of others. She obtained her Level 1 certification in 2021 and began coaching at CrossFit Revival.

Lisa James

For thirty years, Lisa served in the field of education, teaching, coaching varsity volleyball and track, and then became a school administrator. Her high energy and active lifestyle led her to the CrossFit style of training two years ago. Her understanding of functional fitness complements her active lifestyle as a person who enjoys the outdoors, skiing, hiking, and boating.

Her passion for helping others is now with CrossFit Revival where she is a certified CrossFit Level 1 Coach and Trainer. She strives to make each class or personal training session meaningful and beneficial, always working toward achieving each person’s individual goals.
Brooke Heiple

Brooke is a wife, mom of two, and nurse practitioner with a deep passion for wellness. She discovered CrossFit in 2021 just before her 40th birthday and quickly fell in love with the challenge, community, and empowerment it brings.

With a lengthy background in healthcare, Brooke believes movement is medicine and that fitness should be a lifelong tool for illness prevention, confidence, and resilience. Whether you’re just starting or chasing performance goals, she is here to help you move well, lift smart, and stay healthy through all stages of life.

Matt Shaulis

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Matt’s journey into fitness began during his high school years, where he played football and actively participated in weightlifting. After high school, he embraced the responsibilities of fatherhood and worked as a CNC machinist to support his family.

Despite dedicating many years to his family, Matt realized the importance of prioritizing his own health and well-being. In July 2021, he joined CrossFit Revival and embarked on a transformative journey that he hadn’t anticipated.

Since becoming a member, Matt has immersed himself in the CrossFit methodology, continuously learning and gaining knowledge. His passion for CrossFit led him to become a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. As a coach, Matt is dedicated to inspiring and helping others believe in themselves and achieve their personal goals.
