How CrossFit Revival Helped One Somerset County Woman Lower Her Cholesterol from 309 to 70

One of our CrossFit Revival members recently reached out after a doctor’s appointment with news that stopped us in our tracks. Her LDL cholesterol had dropped to 70. Just months earlier it had been 119. And seven years ago, when she first decided to take her health seriously, it was 309 and she was on the verge of a stroke.

We sat down with Peggy to hear the full story in her own words.
